Arboreal Management | Principal Software Engineer | Seattle, WA | ONSITE | $160–180k
We are a fast growing tech enabled property management company. We manage 9,000+ apartments across the Pacific Northwest, growing 40-50% p.a. Over the last several years we've been building our own software platform, Maynard, to run more and more of the company.
We're looking for an exceptional senior engineer to become the principal technical builder on a very small team.
We're not a software company and don't want to become one. We don't plan to build a big engineering organization. Instead, we think a small number of very good engineers can have enormous leverage inside an operating company where most of the existing software is pretty bad.
There's a lot to build. Maynard already touches leasing, property operations, communications, maintenance, document processing and reporting. We're now working on things like payments and treasury, replacing parts of our property management ERP, and using LLMs to automate workflows that previously required people reading documents or moving information between systems.
Our stack is mostly TypeScript/Node, SvelteKit, Postgres, Azure and Cloudflare. We're not particularly concerned whether you've used those exact technologies.
You'd work directly with me (CEO, CS/math background) and a small team. This is primarily a builder role, not an engineering management job. We're looking for someone who is very good at designing and building production software, wants a lot of ownership, and likes the idea of their work changing how an actual business operates within weeks rather than years.
Senior Software Engineer, Frontend | New York, NY (In-Office) | $160k-$210k + equity
We're rebuilding resortpass.com's web experience — ~75% of pages this year. You'd own the highest-traffic surfaces (SRP, DLP), set the Next.js App Router patterns the team follows for the next 5 years, and lead the rewrite driving Core Web Vitals, SEO, and conversion. Senior title, Staff-leaning scope — clear path to Tech Lead across Marketplace Core, Growth, and Hotels. 2/3 of traffic is web, so this work is genuinely business-critical, and it's also the launchpad for AI features (concierge chatbot, AI spa booker).
Stack: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog. Backend touchpoints in Rails/Node/Postgres/Mongo on AWS.
Looking for: 6+ yrs shipping production web apps, deep React + modern SSR/hybrid architecture chops, and a track record leading high-traffic rewrites/migrations with measurable wins (CWV, SEO, conversion, reliability). Strong Full Stack engineers open to going deep on React/Next.js also welcome.
No standard visa sponsorship (possible exception for exceptional candidates).
CreativeLens.ai is an early-stage AI startup building content review and brand governance software for marketing teams.
Marketing teams still spend a surprising amount of time manually reviewing campaigns, ads, social posts, emails, and other creative for brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and internal policies. CreativeLens lets companies upload their guidelines, turns them into review rules, and uses AI to review content before it goes live.
I'm the founder and am looking for our first dedicated GTM hire. This is a hands-on role: customer discovery, outbound, demos, partnerships, positioning, and ultimately helping us land our first customers. You'll work directly with me and will have substantial influence over both GTM and the product.
I'm specifically looking for someone who has experience in B2B SaaS sales/growth/partnerships and is comfortable operating without an established sales playbook. Experience selling to marketing teams, agencies, or marketing operations is especially relevant.
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature pipeline or manage an existing sales team. You'll help figure out what works from scratch.
We're open to candidates worldwide as long as you can overlap meaningfully with US business hours and communicate fluently with US customers.
Compensation: competitive base + performance incentives + meaningful equity, structured based on experience and location. Open to starting with a short paid trial before committing full-time if mutually preferred.
If interested, email me at careers@creativelens.ai with your LinkedIn/profile and a few sentences about your relevant experience. Bonus: tell me how you'd approach finding the first 20 customers for CreativeLens.
CodeWeavers needs new, full-time developers to improve Wine's ability to run games on macOS. Positions are available to work on a variety of Wine-based software, including CodeWeavers's own CrossOver product and projects for other clients. Positions working on the FEX emulator are also available.
We are hiring remote programmers, US or international, as well as workers local to Saint Paul, Minnesota. We will consider relocation, if desired, on a case-by-case basis. Please see link above for information, benefits, requirements, and how to apply.
Please direct any questions to the email address on our Jobs page.
We're building the world's first commercial stellarator fusion power plant. First spin-out from the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, based on Wendelstein 7-X (the largest stellarator ever built), €650M+ raised, teams in Munich, Zurich and Oxford.
Finding a good stellarator design means searching an enormous high-dimensional space, and every candidate design needs heavy plasma physics simulation. That's the compute problem this role owns: cloud + HPC clusters, K8s, Ray, Dask, and the platform work around it (CI/CD, IaC, observability). You'd sit directly next to the physicists and AI researchers burning through that compute, so you see exactly what your infrastructure unlocks. Python and Linux.
If you've wanted to point your platform engineering skills at something that actually matters, clean, abundant energy, this is about as direct a shot as it gets, and it's happening in Europe.
Interview process: recruiter call, technical screen, technical panel, CEO call.
Alaffia Health | Principal Engineer (TypeScript) | NYC (Hybrid) | Full-time
Alaffia Health is a Series B healthtech company in NYC fixing a real, expensive problem: US health plans lose billions every year to improper payments and administrative waste in claims processing. We combine clinicians with AI to catch billing errors before they get paid out. Just raised $55M in our Series B led by Transformational Capital.
We're hiring a Principal Engineer, backend-heavy role (85-90% backend), to own architecture across multiple teams and help set technical direction as we scale.
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, React/Next on the frontend.
You'd be:
Owning delivery on systems spanning multiple teams
Driving adoption of AI coding tools (we use Claude Code) with real usage across the team, not just experimentation
Mentoring senior engineers, influencing technical decisions without needing to go the management track
Working closely with product and business leadership on technical strategy
Looking for 15+ years of experience, real hands-on TypeScript backend depth (Node.js, NestJS, or similar), and ideally some exposure to healthcare, fintech, or another regulated-data environment, though that's a plus, not a hard requirement.
At Friendly Captcha we do one thing and we do it well: we protect websites from malicious actors and bots.
We provide privacy-friendly and accessible anti-bot solutions that don’t annoy users with tasks like clicking fire hydrants. We make the internet a bit better every day by winning over customers currently using Google reCAPTCHA.
Friendly Captcha is a growing, profitable, fully bootstrapped company. Our revenue mostly comes from medium to large European enterprise and governments. We have the feeling we can make ourselves known better to engineers and other builders to gain more bottom-up growth.
We're looking to strengthen our team with someone who will be focused on our Developer Relations (DevRel) and general marketing activities. We're a startup and this is a pretty mixed role that's hard to describe in one or two sentences. It ranges from technical writing through building specialized tools and demos to support getting the word out.
50 million seed round -- Obvious Ventures and Emergence capital
Radical Numerics is an AI research lab building general biological intelligence — applying distributed systems, model architecture, and numerics research to biology. We built Evo and Evo 2, the generative genomics models behind the first AI-designed gene-editing tools and the first whole genome designed entirely by AI (published in Science and Nature). We're now building Omnii, our next-generation genome language model, and the infrastructure to scale it. Advisors include Eric Horvitz (CSO, Microsoft), Chris Ré (Stanford), and George Church (Harvard).
16 open roles, all onsite in San Francisco (several also open in Tokyo):
We're an AI first company transforming the food supply chain and scaling up rapidly to meet the needs of larger distributors in the industry.
My team is responsible for scalability, reliability and pretty much every other non-product task that comes up day to day. You'll get to work with a top class group of people and lead on making our systems 10x better than they were.
Normal | Senior SWE Backend | Full-time | $100-140K USD | Remote PT/ET Hours | Typescript/Node/Postgres roles
I'm the founder of Normcore.io, an autoscaling game server hosting service and Unity plugin that includes all of the pieces you need to create a multiplayer game. We launched a few years ago and have hosted over 1 billion multiplayer games since launch. I'm actively scaling the team to keep up with demand for new features that our customers are asking us for.
We’re all ex-Unity/Google folks working on making great SDKs and tools for multiplayer game development. We also make our own VR titles that are built on top of our own networking tech: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djsPTbs7R_w
Reasons you’d love working with us:
* Work with a small, focused, and extremely talented team of developers.
* Fully remote job with flexible working hours and vacation (Our whole team is remote too)
* High-quality codebase, code reviews, tests.
* High work satisfaction, own entire features, and work on an SDK that’s already used by 100,000+ developers.
