This is an interesting idea. My concern is what about the people whose submissions don’t get picked? They wasted time for nothing. Is there a limit to how many people can sign up for a job?
Also, you’d need mechanisms in place to stop people from downloading the pictures and paying no-one.

this is an unexpected twist to photographic assignments. I'm wondering why is it limited to SF only? I mean, there shouldn't be a limitation from a technical point of view. Do you plan to extend it?
